For those couples that need professional assistance only on their wedding day. This is an excellent option for the budget conscious or to ensure that friends and family won't have to 'work' your wedding day.
We offer our Day of Directing Services in two packages to accomodate different needs. In our experience, these packages cover the 'average' wedding quite sufficiently. Hours can be purchased without packages for weddings that need less services. We have a $450 per day minimum for any weekend dates.
All Day of Directing packages include additional consultation time to help ensure we understand your wedding details, 'load in/out' time to cover the time used to prepare the items we will use for your wedding or pick up items from you and rental returns (not included in the half day.) The load in and out time can not be converted to other hours. However, the consultation time and rental return time can be. So, if, for example you choose take back your rentals or not use your consultation hours, you can add those hours to your day of time. The amount of time included will vary according to your package.
Your packaged hours may be used on the day of or the day before your wedding, they are not limited to only the day of. This covers the weddings that allow for set up and decorating ahead of time.
We STRONGLY advise that one hour of your additional consultation time be used have us prepare a day of timeline. If you choose not to do so, you must provide a detailed timeline of the events of the wedding, including the arrival and exit time of all vendors in addition to the highlights like the grand entrance and cake cutting. All vendors must be confirmed the week of, if we do not do this as part of the additional consultation time, you must do so.
Each package covers a specific number of Consultant hours and Assistant hours. You may choose to purchase additional consultant hours during the planning phase of your wedding. This is the perfect combination for the couple that wants some expert guidance but would like to plan the details themselves. You may also purchase additional time to augment your package if your wedding is a bit longer or more extensive than the package allows.
Assistant hours are divided according to the needs of your wedding. For example, 24 hours could be 2 helpers for 12 hours or 1 for 12 and 2 others for 6 each. We make this decision together.
Each package entitles you to our benefits package of wholesale pricing on wedding supplies like invitations, vendor discounts and the use of our inventory at no additional fee. Packaged hours get a discount on any additional time they may choose to purchase.
Payment Terms: All packages require 50% down and the balance to be paid 30 days in advance of the wedding day. Additional Consultant hours are billed at $50/hour and Assistant hours are billed at $20/hour.

Onsite hours day of must be used consecutively. There will be an additional fee to 'split' the time. Any time after midnight will be billed at time and a half. We reserve the rate to only accept Complete Day package on peak season dates.
