Are you planning something very small and intimate?  Perhaps only you and one or two others?   

What about the quiet non-traditional (or traditional) ceremony you'd like to just have at home or in the park with a dozen friends and some family?

For the average small (generally considered less than 25 people) we can offer a wide variety of very unique and economical services that will provide a delightful wedding experience.

Our goal with the small package is to provide a wedding officiant and the few 'extras' you may need.  This means that we can cover the 'details' of your wedding, and, you only have to worry about inviting the guests and showing up dressed! 

 The 'at home' wedding packages assume you already have a location.  We can provide the referrals and consulting to secure a location for you.  The costs for a location are not included in any of the sample pricing listed below.

 A few details that may cover questions you might have about the small wedding packages: 

Most often the floral and decor is included in the package as a 'rental' and these items are returned to us.  If you want to be able to keep an item, let us know and we will work something out for you.

We can help with music selections, including bringing CDs customized to your wedding.  We can also help secure live musicians, the fee for their services are not included in the sample pricing.

We assume the cake to be white cake, simple decor, less than 20 people when creating the sample pricing.  Your price can be adjusted to match any cake preference you might have.

Photography services when included in the sample pricing are pictures that we take with the best digital camera we have access to at that time. We consider this to be a 'bonus' of the packaged wedding.  We are not wedding photographers, although many of our staff are quite skilled at photography and some have taken formal training. Therefore, we can not make any specific promises or guarantees regarding your wedding pictures.   We will submit the pictures to you via email or upload them to a printing site (i.e. Walgreens) according to your preference.  You are responsible for all the costs of your prints and we do not retain your images after we have sent them to you.  We CAN arrange for professional photography to be included as part of your package.  Rates for this additional service typically begin at $300.

We can provide discounts on invitations for you.

We can provide fresh floral instead of silk, this will affect the pricing.

We assume we are onsite for no more than 2 1/2 hours for the sample packages.  Thats time for simple set up, short ceremony, cake and toast, pictures. 

We can arrange for a more elaborate at home wedding to include things such as a meal, dance, tables and chairs or more.   We can also adjust the pricing on the small package to accomodate more than 25 guests.

Small Wedding Packages Sample Pricing

Since each wedding is customized, to get your exact rate you'd have to call - we can ususally working something nice out no matter any budget, but, here are a few samples of our basic 'bring it to you' package. 

(Every package builds upon the previous)

Small Wedding Simple Package: $225
We will bring a cake(single layer),cake server (rental) silk bouqet, boutenniere(rental) and wedding officiant to perform simple basic ceremony. Officiant will bring CD of wedding music. Couple will get to state ceremony preferences but will not get a custom draft script.  There will be a small fee to retain bouqet or boutenniere.  Officiant will also take up to 5 digital pictures with most reasonable camera available at time.  Must be held during the week (day or night)  We will consider these packages for weekend dates at an additional fee on a case by case basis.  Please feel free to call to see what dates we have available.

Small Wedding Complete Package $275 Same as above package, plus:

Veil or headpiece for bride (rental), Single layer cake with simple topper, rental of cake server set , up to 3 additional floral items (bridesmaid bouqet, groomsmen's boutenniere) table cloth and a tabletop decoration for 'altar' area. Better rates to retain floral, free when possible.

Small Wedding Charming Package: $350 Same as above package plus:

Med size altar area (3-6 feet high), 2 layer cake with simple topper, up to 2 more floral items, garter, guest book or toasting goblets, small decorations for cake table, two 'pew bows"

Small Wedding Delightful Package $425 Same as above package plus:

30 min consultation to arrange for cermony, decoration plan, Lit and Decorated 8 ft Archway (instead of Med size altar), 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling fruit juice, med. decorations for cake table, up to 2 more silk floral or a smaller number of items in fresh floral, option of tiers on cake, guest book AND toasting goblets, peanuts and dinner mints, 4 pew bows, 5 additional digital pictures

Small Wedding Lovely Package $475 Same as above Package plus:

Full custom scripting services with officiant, including up to 2 drafts, Both Medium size altar and Decorated Archway with or without Unity Candle set up, can keep simple silk bouqet or rent deluxe or pursue free option, 4 more floral (i.e. boutenniere, corsage, bridesmaid head piece) more elaborate cake table set up (better arrangement), decorative pen for guest book, doorway or guest book area decoration, 2 layer cake with tiers and more deluxe topper or simple topper and fountain, punch (for 25 people), cups, ladle and punchbowl ,2 tablecloths, 6 simple pew bows or 4 deluxe ones (with accent as in silk flower, etc)

Small Wedding Elegant Package $525 , same as above Package plus

Full custom scripting services with officiant, including up to 2 drafts, keep deluxe silk bouqet, and toasting goblets, or get moderate fresh bouqet.  Additional decorations as needed: pedestals, ficus trees, 'statuary' or topiaries (from within our existing inventory as "rentals") We will decorate up to two areas in addition to cake table: i.e. entrance and guest book or bridal table, pillow for ring bearer, basket and petals for flowergirl, 2 more pew bows,up to 6 table centerpieces (our discretion), 2 chair covers for bride & groom's table, up to 5 more digital pictures
